Our Values

We grow vines and produce wines with sustainable methods that respect the territory. We use water and soil responsibly: we irrigate rationally, we minimize the use of chemicals, we use a pruning technique that prolongs the life of the vines.
By doing so, we protect our land, its wealth of life, its nature.

Veneto has an incredible number of traditional vines. It is a precious heritage that we have been helping to preserve and protect for years, with a challenging and complex project.
We then planted 5,000 plants to select the best specimens of each vine.
So, starting from the grapes of the selected specimens, we made small test vinifications to discover all their characteristics and to be able to propagate them in the future.

For about 10 years we have adopted integrated agriculture for the conservation and safety of the environment.
We thus reduce the use of pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides to a minimum, we maintain soil fertility with crop rotation, we use water resources rationally, we respect the territory to prevent erosion. To combat harmful insects we use biological techniques, to protect the environment and biodiversity we introduce useful insects and enrich the soil with beneficial microorganisms.

Respecting the environment and cultivating responsibly also means protecting the landscape, taking care of a territory by keeping it alive and healthy, in its historical and cultural integrity.
