PRIMALUCE IGT White Trevenezie
PRIMALUCE IGT White Trevenezie
Tai Bianco 60%, Pinot Bianco 40%
Primaluce is the fruit of a blend of Tai and Pinot Bianco, grown on the vineyards between the slopes of the hills of the hamlet of Cortelà. The fruits obtained from these lands give the wines an excellent structure and longevity. The aromatic charge is remarkable and is developed thanks to a good temperature range between day and night.
The harvest is carried out at the first light of dawn, when the bunches are still fresh: in this way it is possible to work the product at a lower temperature, preserving its aromatic charge and maintaining its freshness. From this peculiarity the Primaluce label . The grapes arriving in the cellar are destemmed, cooled to a temperature of 8-9 °C and softly pressed using a pneumatic press. The must obtained is placed in a steel tank for clarification. Decanted, it is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of around 20 °C. Further decanting operations follow and the wine is left to rest for four months in steel tanks; in the meantime it is constantly monitored. A light filtration takes place before bottling. It rests in the bottle for a short period before being marketed.
